What the service is

Facemap measures facial geometry from a photograph you capture and returns numeric readings and written interpretation. The free scan is measured in your browser on your own device.

The full report is a paid one-time purchase that unlocks all 22 measurements, written interpretation, face shape classification, distribution context, and a downloadable PDF.

Not medical or professional advice

Facemap is a self-knowledge and entertainment tool. It is not a diagnosis, not a medical device, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician or practitioner. Do not make medical or surgical decisions on the basis of a Facemap report alone.

Scores describe geometric relationships against reference values. They are not a judgement of a person's worth, health, or identity.

Your photograph and your data

You must own the rights to any photograph you use, and you must not scan another person without their agreement. Free scan images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

How we handle information is set out in the privacy policy and summarised in the privacy promise.

Payment

The full report is a single payment in the currency you select at checkout. Prices shown include any tax calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we never receive your card details.

Access to the purchased report is granted once payment succeeds. If you create an account with the same email address, the purchase is linked to that account.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Full detail is in the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or bulk-process the service, and do not use it to harass, rank, or grade other people. We may suspend access where the service is misused.

Intellectual property

The Facemap name, design, methodology, written content, and report format belong to us. Your report is yours to keep and use personally, but it may not be resold or redistributed as a product.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the product develops, and the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
