your mind.
We would rather refund you than keep money from someone who is not happy. Here is exactly how it works.
Seven days, no questions asked
If the full report is not what you expected, email support@facemap.ai within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. You do not need to justify the request.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Most banks show the money back within five to ten working days, depending on the card issuer.
What you need to send us
The email address you used at checkout, or the Stripe receipt number. That is enough for us to find the payment.
After the seven days
We still read every message. If something went wrong on our side, for example a report that failed to generate or a duplicate charge, we will put it right regardless of the date.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Tell us and we refund the duplicate immediately. You are never charged twice for the same report.
No subscriptions
The full report is a single one-time payment. There is no recurring charge, no trial that converts, and nothing to cancel.
